The Internet is one of the most helpful and useful resources available. It can be fun and informative but just like anything else you might use as a tool, you must be careful. There are dangers and hazards out there that are especially important  for children. Parents should educate themselves about all of the aspects of the Internet and monitor its use by children for their own safety. The DL Police Department offers guidance for parents and children with Internet Safety brochures and presentations for groups available. "Safety Pup" programs  and other safety information for kids are also taught in local schools by our School Resource Officer.

Don't hesitate to stop by our office during normal hours and learn about what our department does for your home and community.
