            The annual meeting of the City Council was called to order in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building at 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 5, 2010, all members of the Council having been duly notified of the meeting and the business to be transacted.

 

Present:           Mayor Matt Brenk; City Attorney William Briggs; Assistant City Administrator Lynne Krieger; Finance Officer Louis Guzek; Community Development Director Larry Remmen; and Public Works Director Bradley Green.

 

                                    Aldermen:       Anderson, Aune, Marks Erickson, Heltemes, Sukke, Tollefson, Tucker and Zeman.

                       

Absent:            Alderman Imholte; City Administrator Robert Louiseau; Public Utilities Superintendent Curt Punt; Police Chief Kelvin Keena; Building Official Calvin Mayfield; Liquor Store Manager Bradley MacMaster and Fire Chief Jeffrey Swanson.

 

           

            Mayor Brenk called the meeting to order at 5:04 P.M. and advised that the regular business of the City Council will be presented at the January 12, 2010, City Council Meeting at 5:00 P.M.

                                                 

            There being no further business to conduct, by general consent, Mayor Brenk adjourned the meeting. (5:04 P.M.)
