          A.      Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting held January 28, 2010;

III.    PUBLIC HEARINGS

A.     Consideration to the Side Yard Variance Request to allow construction of a 53,000 bushel grain bin at 1110 13th Avenue Southeast.  (Land O Lakes Purina Feed LLC)  

B.     Consideration to a Variance Request from the parking requirements, setbacks and impervious surface limitation in order to allow construction of a 2800 square foot         picnic area with a road at 402 West Lake Drive  (Tom Hanson)

C.     Consideration to a Variance to exceed the impervious surface requirements for a parking lot at 1321 Summit Avenue and an informational hearing for expanding the
        parking lot in People’s Park  (City of Detroit Lakes)

D.     Consideration to a Variance Request to allow a 10 foot side yard setback instead of the required 15 foot setback to allow an addition to a building in line with the         existing building at 113 North Street (Gerald Sather)

E.     Consideration to a Parking Variance to allow 248 parking spaces instead of the required 270 for the MeritCare expansion at 1219 Washington Avenue (MeritCare Medical
        Group)
