The City of Detroit Lakes Community Development office provides staff for the Development Authority and the Industrial Development Corporation.

The Community Development Department can also provide you with a variety of information concerning labor force, project financing, zoning, available commercial/industrial space, utility rates, demographic information, and financial incentives.
